Data processing policy

Gloucestershire County History Trust holds the following personal data relevant to its function: the email address, postal address, and bank account details of its subscribers and donors and the email address of the recipients of its newsletter. The Trust has a legitimate interest in holding this data to communicate its activities to its supporters and other interested parties.

Privacy notice

The Trust will comply with the data protection laws of the United Kingdom and will only collect data in accordance with its policy as stated above. Data is kept securely, is not passed to a third party and is deleted when no longer required. All emails are sent as blind copies. Individuals have the right to access the data held about them and have it amended or deleted. The Trust will report all data breaches to the Information Commissioner's Office.
